Return Policy

1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Shouldersregen, including journals, reference cards, and check-in tokens listed on our products page. Digital club membership features are not subject to physical return.

2. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The return period begins on the date you receive the product, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's delivery record.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all included materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, writing, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or printable materials delivered electronically
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Products returned after the 30-day window

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same condition requirements as returns.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
